At Lil Costumes, we’re a small, family-run business passionate about delivering fun, high-quality costumes at prices we would be happy to pay ourselves. Every costume is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards, but we understand that, on rare occasions, a fault may slip through.

Faulty Items

If you receive a costume with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.
Please note: Return shipping/postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we’ll always do our best to assist and make the process easy.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if the costume is returned in original, un-worn condition, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Again, the cost of return shipping/postage and insurance will be the customer’s responsibility.

Q. Can I pick up my order?

A. Yes you certainly can. We are based in Eltham, Melbourne and if you are in a hurry or want to save on postage, just click on pickup at checkout and we will send details through to you and a rrange a time that suits you best.

Q. Where is your stock located? do you dropship?

A. Our stock is all located in Melbourne, we dont dropship as we like to be in control of what we send out. We check our costumes for any defects before posting and being located in melbourne can also minimise postage times to you.

Q. How long will it take for me to recieve my costume?

A. We use Auspost for all our deliveries regular post, unless express is requested. Shipping times vary depending on your location. https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/delivery-speeds-and-coverage this website will give you a guide as to shipping times to your location from Melbourne. We post out every day except Sunday to keep shipping times to their minimum but if you are in a rush we would recommend the express option. We have found WA/NT can take over a week to recieve at times.

Q. Can you help me find Wally on your Wheres Wally costume?

A. Sorry, no, this is the customers responsibility to achieve. All I can say is he’s definitley there, keep looking and have fun!
