At Lil Costumes, we’re a small, family-run business passionate about delivering fun, high-quality costumes at prices we would be happy to pay ourselves. Every costume is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards, but we understand that, on rare occasions, a fault may slip through.

Faulty Items

If you receive a costume with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.
Please note: Return shipping/postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we’ll always do our best to assist and make the process easy.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if the costume is returned in original, unworn condition, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Again, the cost of return shipping/postage and insurance will be the customer’s responsibility.
